If you're worried about past sprains or chances of re-injury, have your personal training planned by a qualified Osteopath to keep you at ease. Sessions would be carried out in incremental stages:
Stage 1 - Identifying a personalised Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Goals.
Stage 2 - Baseline - This is where biomechanics and strength is understood so that we have an understanding of foundation.
